Cancellation Policy
I understand that life events are not always predictable, and therefore always work to extend grace if an urgent matter arises.
However, I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you have to cancel in order to open your time for another client.
*If cancellations occur within 24 hours of your appointment without an urgent reason
I will request a payment of 30% of your booked service as a late / no show cancellation fee.
